What YOU Can Do

As I write this, at midnight plus 30 minutes London, UK time, I am conscious of 2 things:

1. The need for some sleep

2. The need to get this information out, including the suggested strategy

As discussed in the interview with Tom Flocco, if you want to get involved, you can file a motion with the court. After some further research, the motion which needs to be filed is one which requests that you become an Amicus Curiae (`friend of the court') and which lays down your reasons for making your feelings and fears known to the court, with regard to (in this instance) Ellen Mariani's case.

As this issue was researched, following the interview, it became clear that it would be best for me to provide a document which can be downloaded and completed by any interested party with their own details. The rest of the information will already be laid out and, as I understand it, in the correct legalese so that the Court will recognise it as a legal document.

As mentioned, the time is late here in London. In order to ensure that the document is correctly formatted, it will take a little longer than planned to provide you with it and all other relevant information.

The document, should you choose to pursue this course of action, will need to be notarised. That is stamped, signed, blessed or whatever by a Notary Public or a Justice of the Peace.

As such, this document will be prepared as soon as possible, and should be available for download from this site in the next 24 - 36 hours.
